Shop New Home Communities in Arizona by Ryland Homes
Since 1967, when James P. Ryan and Bob Gaw created The James P. Ryan Company, the company now known as Ryland Homes has been constructing new houses. In their first year, the company built 48 homes in the nation’s first master-planned community. The name “Ryland” came about roughly three years and 700 homes later as a portmanteau of “Ryan” and “Maryland” (where the company was founded). Today, nearly 50 years later, Ryland is responsible for building more than 315,000 houses for residents living across the country. In Arizona, Ryland has numerous subdivisions in the Phoenix area, so if you’re interested in learning about availability, please contact the builder directly.
